Booking conditions:-

We require a non refundable deposit of 50% of rental fee with booking and the balance 5 weeks before commencement of booking, If  the balance of rental is not paid 5 weeks before commencement we reserve the right to seek an alternative booking.

In addition to the booking a security deposit of £200 is required which will be refunded after your stay less any costs caused by unreasonable damage or cleaning requirements.
